Electric foundry of carbon steel, stainless, heat resistant and alloyed steel, laminar or nodular alloyed iron, super alloys and non ferrous materials, for pieces molded in synthetic or resin sands, statically or centrifugally cast, with rough or machined delivery, covering a wide range of requirements of general industry.

Formed by a rind with high percentage of carbides made up of different elements like the Cr, Mo, V, W and NB.
It consists of a variety of hard primary Carbides on one Martensitic matrix and dispersed secondary Carbides.
The heat treatment consists of a Standarized and a double Tempering according to the hardness required.

Various pieces for all types of industries, spare parts, semi-seriated and serierd pieces, machine parts and tooling parts.

We work under our customer's models and/or drawings.

Rolls with nodular graphite, indefinite temper, simple batch: From 40 to 75. The considerations for the hardness depth of the working zone are almost the same as for the rolls of indefinite temper with laminar graphite, although due to their manufacturing process as regards their metallurgic part, it is very difficult to reach their hardness values.

Centrifugal machine for cylinders of Double Batch for the manufacture of pieces of up to 12 Tons.
