TITANIA High Speed Steel Rollers

Characteristics:

Formed by a rind with high percentage of carbides made up of different elements like the Cr, Mo, V, W and NB.

Structure:

It consists of a variety of hard primary Carbides on one Martensitic matrix and dispersed secondary Carbides.

Heat treatment:

the heat treatment consists of a Standarized and a double Tempering according to the hardness required.

Common use:

This material firmly resists abrasion and corrosion and it´s frequently used in finishing standards.
